I feel incredibly silly right now. I've spent the past week trying to fix my LIVE connection, and I just realized the cable was connected to WAN.

God I'm stupid.

As luck would have it, LIVE still doesn't work and the guy at Microsoft told me it's a problem with Verizon's servers. Their offices are closed, so I have to put up with my mother's incessant nagging until tomorrow.
