@Weather: Where I live the lowest temperature ever recorded was -18F/-28C but the normal coldest it gets is around 10-20F which is -12 to -7C. We do get a whole crap load of snow since we are located right on Lake Erie.

@Weather: Here in Scotland, we have three types of weather: Raining, Not-Raining and HOLY FUCK THE SUN IS OUT!
Sometimes it cycles through the three in the space of two hours.

@Trilby: In Minnesota, the weather has been known to occasionally cycle from the mid 80s straight down to below freezing in about 3 hours... Last time, it happened during the middle of duck hunting season, and was accompanied by a huge fucking blizzard.

Also, since the weather changes so quickly here, I don't watch the forecast, and have learned to live with being rained on. I've gotten fairly good at telling when it could storm...

@Malyc: I don't know I really liked the Washington DC weather when I was down there, and they have little to no snow in winter. I wish I could move back there.
