@Schizzy: I...don't think I've ever seen it handled that way. As I see it, a cycle generally consists of a murder and a lynching. Having a medic protect doesn't really satisfy those conditions.

I may have different standards though. :/

@Link: meh... I'm probably super influenced by my Werewolf games, which counts saves as a round. But in retrospect, then I should allow a round of lynching, except it would break the mechanic of SK. :|

@Cycle5: I chose to count the save itself as one cycle. I know there was no precedent to it, but I thought it'd be nice if people knew about it.

In retrospect, I probably should've discussed it first.
