MortifiedPenguin had heard about the murder last night, well it didn?t really sound like a murder. The poor sod had probably just had too much to drink and had fallen asleep at the wheel and accidently driven himself into the car compactor. It was probably a freak accident if anything. She decided that she would get the full story by reading one of the local newspapers.

When she arrived in town to buy the newspaper, she noticed that all the shops had been shut and there was an angry looking mob gathering around the town square. They looked like they were preparing themselves for a lynching, gathering pitchforks and lighting torches, all that standard stuff.
"Hey isn?t that the person we?re out to get tonight." A member of the crowd said

"Shush, don?t say it so loud or she?ll here you. That would spoil the surprise." Another one
said.

MortifiedPenguin stepped forward and asked nervously "Well this is some shindig you?ve got going; uh...What are your plans for the night."

There were people where murmuring within the crowd, asking what to do now she had arrived. Then one of members of the mob stepped forward.

"We?ve gathered here today to execute you. You see we think you killed diablo1099." Said War Penguin

"Why do you think that I haven?t done anything wrong?"

"One, you upset Sky. Two this town is only big enough for one Penguin. Come on lads, get her!"

The mob quickly circled, taunting her and jabbing her with their pitchforks. She tried to fight back but there was nothing she could do. There wasn?t anywhere she could run to either since the mob and boxed her in. She was doomed.

They kept stabbing her with their (surprisingly sharp) pitchforks until she was just one big, bloody pulp.

No Penguin!! You killed the wrong one! The killer is nothing like we have ever seen before. He could be anyone of us he could be me, he could be you, he could even be Sky! I'm watching you Sky...

Not going to lie, I laughed at that line. You would be surprised how common of a problem that is. XP

MortifiedPenguin's public execution was in vain. She was not the killer. Though I must admit, the pitchforks were deliberately sharpened before the show began. It helps make things bloodier.

One cycle down, several more to go? Or maybe none. Who honestly knows? We could find the killer soon. Although, I want to point out that I was I only joined in the last round, and I died in the last cycle. Because I was entwined, and my partner died. I broke the curse! *Laughs maniacally*
