@Staika well if you really want to, I can encourage people in the thread to vote for you. You meant irl? Can't help you sorry, there's this little thing called the Atlantic ocean.
@MP: damn Atlantic ocean! Causes me nothing but problems. But it is too late for me the rap started and the karaoke will follow. Run save yourselves from the drunken karaoke!!
@Staika: could be worse. One night I had to work the bar while outside they did 4 hours of bad country music, that included a solid hour of god damn yodelling. Thank god all the customers were repelled by the sounds so I could use my headphones.
@Link: Two stations, one country, one kind of playing rock but not really, more like pop-rock. I remember they used to have dance on Saturday nights. I miss that countdown.
Tell me that you're all right. Yeah everything is all right. Oh please tell me that you're all right. Yeah everything is all right. All right!
Sick of the things I do when I'm nervous like cleaning the oven or checking my tires or counting the number of tires on the ceiling. Head for the hills! The kitchen's on fire!
(Just wanted to get to that line. Best line in the song.)
@Neo: I haven't had it that bad yet but there was someone having a birthday so he and his drunk friends sang songs with female vocalists (can't remember the song names was too busy trying to kill self) and they would randomly do low growls like you'd hear in screamo songs. I had to walk by them once to deliver food and I had to fight back the need to strangle them.
@erik: Please man both of us know that neither of us can sing at all. We shouldn't put these guys through that torture.
@Neo: Dang man, two stations? You're making my little town look like a metropolis. >.>
Also, that is the best part of the song. The reason MCS is one of my favorites is that they are so neurotically clever. Fun, funny, and depressingly relatable.
@Radio_Stations A nice thing about living in a city I suppose- we have 2 modern rock stations, several classic rock stations, a jazz station, country, pop/hip-hop, and more than a few play-everything stations.
