Kinda hard to understand what you're talking about but I'll say this:

1. The rule Neuromancer brought up was agreed by everyone to just ignore.

2. The damage has been done, three extra people just died.

3. Even if the Arbiter's action was invalidated, nothing stops the Traitor from killing them anyway because he would know who has roles.

4. It's still entirely possible the Traitor would be on the side of someone who just died.
