He PM'd me a list of all the participants that had set their nationality as American.Aerosteam said:@Twin: Did BeerTent give you a list of suspects when you asked your first question or is the suspect list just your interpretation?
You could've sent me a PM after I'd been revived, since everyone knew my role anyway. I could've saved you! T_T.Jux said:Who is 'us'? What's this non-sense... I trusted Twinny when she was still pretending to just be a 'messenger' for the Spy...Fat_Hippo said:What's all this talk of "Jux should've sent a PM"? Have you all forgotten last round already? Any kind of visual evidence can be tampered with, and might as well be disregarded. Don't trust that shit, people. It's unlucky that Jux got killed, but aside from a confirmed spy's list, there is very little to definitively prove a person's innocence.
If I were him I'd have offed me for being the loudest voice to execute him, plus I'm still currently on the listScars Unseen said:@Fat_Hippo: Agreed. Honestly, if I had been the Arbiter and found out I was on the spy's suspect list, I would have used my ability as soon as possible to take out someone else on the list. Best case scenario, you get lucky and take out the Killer. Worst case scenario, you get really unlucky and take out the Medic(but your odds of hitting the Killer are much better). Most likely though, you reduce the suspect list by two, making it easier for everyone else to find the Killer.
Yes, because you knew the real spy (if it wasn't Twinny herself) would come forward eventually, and there would be some sort of clarification. Pretending to be the spy, or his messenger, is a great way to paint a target on your back, which means it's generally a bad idea for the killer.Demagogue said:What's this non-sense... Hmm. If I were the spy and Jux came forward I'd publicly ask the arbiter to PM me and tell Jux and anyone else who steps forward to kill each other since I found the killerFat_Hippo said:Yes, because you knew the real spy (if it wasn't Twinny herself) would come forward eventually, and there would be some sort of clarification. If you were in fact 1. the killer 2. on the spy's public list and 3. one of the prime suspects, pretending to be the arbiter in a private PM would not be such a bad move, since there is no way to prove that you aren't telling the truth until the actual arbiter comes forward, and most arbiters won't use their ability early on in the game. There's the risk of PMing the actual arbiter, but that would've been a decent risk to take in a bad situation, which Jux was in.
In short, if Jux had written such a PM, trusting him would've been foolhardy in any situation.
Yikes indeed...BeerTent said:[HEADING=1]JUX HAS BEEN DEFEATED![/HEADING]
Although, when it's 1 on like, 15+ plus people, can you really expect any other outcome? Think about it...
Anyway, some statistics for you all...
JUX was NOT INNOCENT! However, that doesn't mean he's the killer... Infact, he was... THE ARBITER! Yeah, like those guys are innocent. You start one small argument and they commit hari-kari on your ass.
Jux responded to my PM at exactly 07:11 hours AST. I find that outright silly.
On the votes, Jux lead with 6.
Secondhand was next on the chopping block with 5.
Four other people were classified as targets with a few votes.
Yikes.

Well I hope the spy clears my name before I get mobbed next round. If 5 people went for me this round and I was the most vocal for killing the arbiter, though I think I had as sound reasoning as you'll get this early, I believe I can expect to be executed next round.
Only unholy abominations would wake up at that hour. Me, I sleep like the dead. Or will soon enough.crimson5pheonix said:Who's up that early, honestly >.>BeerTent said:7:11 AST
