Is there anyone we know who has a grudge against hippo? I mean it could just be bad luck on their part, but is there anyone that would want him dead?

A grudge? Against little ol' me? Why, I find that nearly unimaginable!

Besides, I was only the killer's second choice, since the medic saved the first person, so this probably isn't a very fruitful lead.
