.....i think a lot of people here are misunderstanding the question. ive seen Firefly, Korra, and Cowboy Bebop mentioned on just the first page.
OP is asking what shows you gave up on after the first season, not which ones only got a first season.
one for me would be Franklin & Bash. saw a commercial for it recently and it reminded me how i only watched the first season.

Not quite. I am a big fan of SG-1 and Atlantis, so I watched a bit of Universe. At least the episodes I watched were just so... boring and artificial. They threw in more and more roadblocks that did nothing to advance the plot, just add another random problem for them to solve. I didn't even finish watching the first season. Just now I checked on Wikipedia and apparently there was a second season that I don't care about, either.
EDIT: Yeah, Firefly doesn't count... I'd absolutely watch a second season if there ever was one.
