"Serious Sam 3 is about pure fun and unfiltered action," sold!
Altho the screens do look like they have gone "realistic"(gritty in all shades of brown), really not a fan of that, and I really wonder why since the previous installments had such a great visual design.
If this game ends up brown and gray and gritty like some The Lost and the Damned inspiration I'm gonna stop playing modern games.
I have to agree with the above.

Where is the colour? I thought the cartoony graphics gave the series a distinctive look.

If this game is turning into a brown mush then what hope does any game have?

That guy must be a tremendous douchebag. Game looks somewhat interesting but I'm betting its competitor will be more entertaining.

It's a comedic act. The chief executive uses a bunch of buzzwords and doublespeak, then the financial guy comes out and dispenses brutal honesty. For what it's worth, I laughed.

Also, I'm so sick of everyone whining about how shooter games aren't "colorful" enough. Buildings made of cement are going to be dull grey 9 out of 10 times. Unless part of the game takes place in Candyland or during a Gay Pride parade, get used to it.

That was probably the easiest sentence to recognize as sarcasm that's ever been written on the internet.
Yes, but this won't stop many pages of outraged posts from gamers who don't get irony.

I wonder if any of the SS3 marketing people want to strangle this guy for making this comment?

I think gaming as a whole is ending its realistic phase and is starting its rebellious grind-house phase. It is funny to an extent, but I almost always enjoy a great story and gameplay of a game like Bioshock to over the top swearing and parody of games like these.

That is not to say that they are not TONS of fun to play. :D

That's just crude and unnecessary. I wonder what the response was from the press.

Why can't people advertise their game without demeaning the entire medium? Saying my wife is totaling getting a tit job because of the sales not only makes your game look childish it makes all gaming looking like trivial nonsense. Instead of trying to make GOOD games that stand on their own merit they are just adding to the anti-gaming artillery hurting future games and the view of gamers every where.

Way to take two steps back.

What a strange reaction we see here...

My partner has been wanting a boob job for some time - she lost a lot of weight a few years back and has the body she wants, but her breasts have sunk due to the loss of weight. I've been putting some money aside for a few years to afford the procedure she wants.

Now, we're not talking blowing 'em up to the size of watermelons here. We're talking about facilitating her sculpting her body the way she wants it. Which she has done as far as gym and diet can do, but there is no workout to achieve this goal.

Just like there is no diet tweak that can make lips go red or eyelids the shade of blue she sometimes likes. So something fake, makeup, is used. The guy's statement was that he was going to be able to make something his wife wanted happen - great stuff for everyone concerned.

This whole thing is really a pretty obvious joke/gag. It's pretty easy to see that the financial guy wasn't being dead serious when he made the 'all about the money' comment. Hell, the tit job is more than likely a joke as well.

Care to elaborate on that, Mr. Parker? After all, you are the chief financial officer of major European game studio. Surely there must be something of substance you can add to the press release?
Croteam is a European dev studio, but the publisher is Texan, and I'm pretty sure they're the guys behind the marketing.

Also I Don't think Croteam even has a CFO, they're a tiny studio, and I certainly wouldn't call them major.

And finally whoever Fork Parker is, I really doubt he's real let alone a CFO of anything:
