I would love to see an RPG (western or other) set in a Studio Ghibli styled world.

Look up Ni No Kuni. It's an RPG for PS3 and 3DS being with Studio Ghibli doing the animation.

[Xenowolf]

An urban contemporary setting that ISN'T America (or Japan in the case of Japanese games). The world is so large and diverse, it just seems self-restricting to focus on the USA. Also Anglo-Saxon England, mainly because I am interested in that period of time.
