I guess it boils down to: would videogame marketers give their customers more credit than to assume that their idea of sex in videogames is an elf maiden wearing a bra instead of a top, as in the advertisement that's on the bottom of my screen now; and, if they did, would those customers leave them in droves? There were complaints about the women in Oblivion being "too ugly" in this very forum, so I guess the answers are "unlikely" and "quite possible" right now.
