-When it comes to yourself, are you assured of your sexual appeal to others? How much of your Sexual Appeal do you feel factors in on how people treat you?
Rather not, and from my experience, not much. Of course, the possibility that i might just be daft as fuck, exists.
-Does it factor in a little, a moderate amount, or to a high degree in your day to day life in terms of how you comport yourself during the day? i.e. Do you spend a good day getting ready to put your best self forward? Or do you think it's a useless waste of time and you merely go for hygiene above appearance? Do you ever use Sex Appeal to your advantage or are you a flirty person?
I stick to the basics, i.e. shower, deo, shaving/keeping facial hair kempt. I can't think of a situation where i could use Sex Appeal as an advantage, and nope, don't have much occasion to flirt.
-Do you operate on a certain Sexual Level other than Heterosexual, Homosexual, or Bisexual? I'm talking Pansexuality [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pansexuality], Demisexual [https://www.dictionary.com/e/gender-sexuality/demisexual/], Sapiosexual [https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/sapiosexual], Asexuality [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asexuality].
Some time ago i started realizing i might be bisexual, though, from the definitions you posted, i think it might be closer to pansexual now?
Idgaf, just to be blunt, i think androgyny can be really attractive, and i don't discriminate merely on the contains of one's pants.

Before I answer, let me just say that without even meeting you, I'm very happy to hear your opinion of yourself has improved. I say this because I have a pretty similar story.

Anyway.

1. I'm fairly confident in my attractiveness but I'd say it comes more from my personality, I'm more energetic and positive and funny than most of the people around me. And heck, I'm pretty handsome too, took a lot of people saying it but I believe it now.
But I don't think people treat me nicer because their trying to get into my pants. I mean, they might be at first, I honestly don't know because I think once they get to know and understand me better, I stop being someone they want to sleep with and more they want to keep as a good friend, which is still a good thing!
I could be totally off about that, I'm really bad when it comes to initiating or accepting/returning advances, if I see them at all and those things are my weakness one way or the other.

2. I put a moderate amount of effort into how I look, probably less now that I'm about to say it out loud. I take regular showers and brush my teeth and I'll slick my hair back before I go out, no other styling though.
On the flip side, I dress like a teenager. Jeans, t-shirt with some video game or band or comic book on it (no joke, like, 90% of my shirts are that) and they fit well, I'll give myself that but I guess I just don't want to dress like everyone else.
I know, I'm very edgy, but for real, I'm so tired of plain clothes wear I live, I'm gonna wear my Venom tee, thank you.

3. No, I'm a straight boi.
Sometimes I wish I was gay though, I'd be gettin' it so much more.

Whatever, just wash your hands.
Hmm, my sexual appeal.

Well, I know I look good, but I fall more on the line of cute then hot. While I have broad shoulders, my face is more rounded then chiseled. I still look younger then my age but slowly it is catching up. I have started to get bigger in the gut region but to counter that I've started working out and have discovered I seem to build muscle really quick, if I got on a real workout regime then I could be pretty cut.

It actually factors in very little in my day to day life. I'm IT and most of my clients are lawfirms full of married/older people, plus a lot of my work is done remotely so I can do that from my house.

I suppose I could call myself polysexual-curious. I'm not against the idea of a relationship with a man, but I have no attraction to the masculine form. I just find myself caring less and less what is between someone's legs and more about them having a feminine form/personality I'm attracted to.
