I hate to have to be 'that' guy. But there is no such thing as a British accent...

Dunno, really. Let's say that if someone is sexy I'm busy paying attention to other things than the accent.

Oh God yes, this entirely. I really like redhead girls, and I reckon the Celtic accents in general are all really sexy. Scottish and Welsh are both great. But Irish is the main turn-on for me. Give me an Irish girl anyday (preferably one with long black hair, or short blonde hair :D).

But yeah, Irish girls FTW :D.

We Irish can tend to.. underappreciate.. our redheads a bit.

But yeah, we do have the sexiest accent.

Saying 'how's it goin', to an American lady in an Irish accent makes them all week at the knees. Except inner city Dublin. Ugh.(ducks)

If you haven't heard a Dublin accent, go play Bioshock and listen to Atlas.
Are you saying you don't like my Bray accent? Well it's not quite Dublin but sorta similar if you're not familiar with Wicklow accents.

OT: I don't mind accents there none I find that stand out as sexy.

I enjoy an Aussie accent. It's just so damn casual you can't help but want to check it out. Belgians nice, German soft-tongue is good too well.

The Aussie accent on a girl.

Not theh trew blew aw-zee eh-cent, the "cliche" Aussie accent, no.
But just an everyday Aussie girl? Brilliant. :D

Of course, that could just be my opinion. o_O

Anything eastern European sounds scary on a man.
Hey! I resent that.
Ah, don't worry, Estonian is closer to Finnish, only more of an accent and less English carved with an axe. But why wouldn't you want to sound like you might stab a person in the face any second? =P

Of course, your language still sounds always mildly funny to me. Like Finland's hyperactive younger brother.

THERE IS NO BRITISH ACCENT

Fuck, there are hundreds of accents in the British isles - I'm not so ignorant to think the only American accent is generic northern middle-class; why can't you return the favour?

What you mean is Middle-class greater London accent (Yes - that's what you mean)

/rant

OT: Generic Northern American.

Scottish/Irish (I know they're not the same, but they're both similar and hot.

Italian because anyone speaking Italian sounds like they're trying to make your orgasm with their voice.

And I agree with that Russian.

But Texan? Grooosssssssss. :p

Proper British, Irish, Swedish, French & American it would have to be for me. (Im not picky)
Just to note, the North East of England's accent won the sexiest accent award last year. This included Smoggies, Georgies and Mackems. Birmingham got the least sexy.. i wonder why...
I feel the influence of Cheryl Cole sneaking in here. I go to uni in the North East and I can't understand a fucking word they say. So I guess that would be a plus!

For me... don't really care as long as its not Californian. Jesus Christ that's an annoying accent.

Yes there is. Kent has it's own accent, Walses has it's own accent, London has it's own accent, so does Scotland and Northern Ireland. They're all British Accents though, and they all have simularitys.

Speaking of which Scottish accents are pretty hot too.

You probably won't know but Argentinian Spanish girls from Cordoba, they speak with an accent that I cannot resist, it's like if they were singing.

'Britain' has many very varied accents, id love to know which one you think you're talking about... im from bradford, and i sound nothing like someone from leeds... and theyre very, VERY close... under 10 miles to drive...

either way, this is all opinions, so no results can be drawn from this...
i myself, adore the french accent with women... but i dont know what i prefer in men.

most american accents are a big turn-off for me... theyre so nasal and horrible... :S i cant stand it.
