No it isn't. Scope's on the left, for a right-handed shooter. Bolt-action is on the left side because it's definitely a single-shot, no magazine in sight.
What you might think is a scope is actually a counter-recoil tube.

This thing would probably make your ears bleed if you fired it with no protective equipment - that's the chamber just behind where your head would go.

The scope is on the left, but because the bolt is on the left side, the shell would eject out the right, meaning that that gun is left-handed.

I don't know if this is a real gun, but it's called the rail gun. And yes I am aware that a rail gun is any gun that is fired directly from a flatbed rail car (such as the GAU-8 Avenger pictured above). The one I am thinking of fires semi-depleted uranium shells at Mach 1.75 and requires 30-45 seconds of cooldown for every shot. Again I don't know if this is a real gun or not. I assume it's not, just because it would cost way more to fire than to build. The depleted uranium is just a hair over the top.

Sexiest gun that I know is real is the M134 General Electric Minigun. 166 bullets a second kills just about anything.

Or maybe the Eva Unit 01 from Neon Genesis Evangelion. From a game though i'd say plasma cutter from dead space, but with unlimited ammunition, or the idea from mass effect on how ammo works they really thot that thru.

"Rail-guns" are generally fictional magnetic suspension weapons, they use magnetic repulsion to launch the projectile. But the US Navy is currently developing a model for its next generation of warships, and those babies should be able to hurl a shell at mach 7.

That being said I like antique rifles from World War 2 or 1 .... the new one's have fair too much plastic or fire so fast that the aspect of skill is removed :/

there are a ton of relatively new sniper rifles granted they haven't changed much since WW2 aside from from metallurgy.

Handgun - Revolvers of any sort, especially the Colt Anaconda. Why? Revolvers are an echo of ages past for the most part so you have the charm of anachronism. Greater inherent reliability (fewer moving parts, fewer things that can go wrong), and let's not forget often heavier payloads.

Shotgun - Any of a long line of quality, side by side, break-breach shotguns. Same reasons as above. The aestetics present in the classic shotgun, in my mind are far "sexier" than the cold, mechanical precision of modern (better) models.

Rifle - Remington 700 in .308. A sniper rifle in all but name, the Remington 700 ought to be the pride of American Sportsmen. A modified version the M24 is used in the US Military as the standard issue sniper rifle (Note, the large bore .50 caliber rifles are not sniper rifles from a military standpoint but rather anti-material rifles. The subtle difference being the realization that the firepower inherent in an anti-material rifle is not necessary for killing a person and is better suited for destroying equipment, which tends to be more resilaint than a person).

Yeah, some military weapons haven't changed ostensibly since they were first made ... but the majority of them have been bastardised (new barrels made to adopt more common caliber types) and added a whole lot of other nonsense that they look ugly ;.;

Alot of the rifles cant even be fitted with a bayonet ... with is just stupid ... bayonet is the best weapon o.o; If you can kill someone with a minimal amount of noise ... like .. for instance .. piercing the lung or throat of the enemy so they can't scream.... isn't that better than firing your weapon and advertising your position to everyody in the area?

Bayonets allow you to have a silent hand to hand weaspon withpouit having to worry about shouldering your rifle ...

but noooo ... most guns like to be christmas trees and 'light up' an entire city block <.<

Anyway, I hear lots of people saying "P90" but I find that one ugly as hell. It's just a...rectangular...thing, and with all those addons it looks like something a Vogon would've made.
