Shadow of War's Forthog DLC is free! But how do you get it?

So, recently it has been announced that the DLC dedicated to Mike Forgey, a developer who died of cancer, is free. This is great. Yet Middle Earth: Shadow of War is up today and... well, I can't find it anywhere. Not in the Steam Store, not in my DLC tabs already, not in WBPlay, certainly not in Google since no info where I can download it.

Any of you had any luck getting it for PC?

It hasn't been launched yet on PC and I think free content pops-up as download once game is active on Steam.
Either way I do not plan to purchase this game at all but I think that's how the system works based on my experience with TW games and their plentiful DLC sca.. I mean schemes.

Edit: Bah, got released on 10th. Just checked. It's already there and appears to be just slapped in the main game.

He's is in game he save me and I just have the game not the dlc packs.
also do you have a bug were every one has black hair or black for hair like texture?

I just BOUGHT THE EXPANTION PASS

BUT I INLY GOT THE THEME

THE 4 DLC THAT ARE MENTIONED ...I DIDNT GET ANY
I DONT UNDERSTAND!!! ..ARE THEY NOT OUT YET ??!!
