a fun one! did you know that when you sneeze, you release the same chemicals that you release when having an orgasm? This explains why it is so satisfying to sneeze!

moreover, you only release a 6th of the chemicals released during an orgasm while sneezing, which explains why people don't collapse from relief when they sneeze. which basically means that, if you sneeze 6 times in a row....

It is also legal in the UK to urinate in public, but only on the back-left wheel of your car, with one hand touching the vehicle

Not just diamonds... If you compress the earth, it would fit in a match box.

The Monty Hall Paradox - Suppose you're given the choice of three doors: Behind one door is a car; behind the others, goats. You pick a door, say No. 1 [but the door is not opened], and the host, who knows what's behind the doors, opens another door, say No. 3, which has a goat. He then says to you, "Do you want to pick door No. 2?" Is it to your advantage to switch your choice?

You are actually twice as likely to win if you switch.
Hey, wasn't that on Mythbusters?

the color purple was invented by crayola. Also the image of santa that we have locked in our minds forever, was made by coca-cola for a marketing campaign.

I think you might want to elaborate on that a bit further, or write it a wee bit different, because the color purple was around way before the Creyola company was founded.

Earlier in this thread someone mentioned that fact about Coca-Cola, which turned out to be false.

Wikipedia said:
"Images of Santa Claus were further popularized through Haddon Sundblom's depiction of him for The Coca-Cola Company's Christmas advertising in the 1930s.[8][33] The popularity of the image spawned urban legends that Santa Claus was invented by The Coca-Cola Company or that Santa wears red and white because they are the colors used to promote the Coca-Cola brand.[34] Historically, Coca-Cola was not the first soft drink company to utilize the modern image of Santa Claus in its advertising-White Rock Beverages had already used a red and white Santa to sell mineral water in 1915 and then in advertisements for its ginger ale in 1923.[35][36][37] In fact, Santa Claus had already appeared in red and white on the cover of Puck magazine at the start of the century.[38]"

I don't know if the diamond planet is a single molecule, it'd be pretty awesome if it was...

Honestly, nobody really knows either. I can't remember the details, but it does suggest our model for "weird" in space is horribly unimaginative.

Aren't the originals red, blue and yellow?
