BS1:
A man chooses, a slave obeys. The bit where you confront Andrew Ryan.

BS2:
Nothing really stands out. I liked the game play. I played mostly as a drill monkey with the drill tonics. Kinda broke the game but having all the ammo saved up for the last level was nice.
Actually, the fight against 2 big sisters was quite good!

I couldn't take a picture of the one splicer for some reason, so I couldn't get pass that part so I put the controller down and never played that game again.

It's hard to have differing memorable experiences in a linear game that relies on plot and atmosphere rather than gameplay.

The artist level (I think) when he unleashes the splicer horde on your ass. My friend started walking around when they first came at him and he backed into a corner to TK their asses. More and more came until they were flooding the screen. He was screaming, just spamming TK, their bodies being used as weapons to kill more of them. This went on for a great deal time, him screaming like a little girl, the splicers being blown away, and me laughing my ass off.

My bioshock experience?

Well it was love at first sight. Beautiful, captivating...

From Dr Steinman and his aesthetic ideals, to the magnificent Sander Cohen and his twisted visions, the game drew me in. And the scene where you finally
come face to face with Andrew Ryan! I got shivers down my spine

But then my world came crashing down around me, and I was left a shattered, broken man...

That boss fight at the end was utter wank. I couldn't believe that this game, that I was ready to propose to was doing this to me!

And the ending? Eurgh, I was disgusted.

Overall I loved the game, but after that last section, I don't know if I could go back and relive that heart ache again.

The Medical Pavillion; it freaked me out, especially when you're in the spotlight and a bunch of splicers are running around you.
In Bioshock 2, I really enjoyed the little sister moment

If this counts, I seem to rock hard at multiplayer. I usually fail misterably at FPS games, but I usually come first place in my team when playing online on BioShock 2. After I've had one or two warm-up games first, anyway.

But besides that, in the first BioShock I thought it was cool when you turned into a Big Daddy, and I had a little "hehe" moment when I killed Andrew Ryan. Although I was confused by the situation at the same time.

BioShock 2, the part where you play as a Little Sister and see what Rapture used to be like was pretty interesting for me. Although for some reason I found it a lil' eerie at the same time. And it felt like a horror film when it switched back to trashy Rapture while harvesting Adam.

To be honest, never finished Bioshock 1, a secret shame.

Bioshock 2, storyline was meh but as others have said, the little sister moment seeing what they 'see' was really interesting and explained abit of their behaviour. The improved gameplay for BS2 was nice, plasmid and weapon weilding at the same time made the gameplay flow abit more.

I beat both of these games without dying once. (Granted, I was only on normal difficulty...)

Bioshock 2 is ridiculously scary when you play it with headphones, because the sounds it makes when you step on something always makes it seem like- ZOMG IT'S RIGHT BEHIND YOU, JESUS CHRIST, RUN!!!

Anyway, the most difficult fight of Bioshock 2 was when I rescued the last little sister in the game. The big sister came, and I was barely prepared for her. I remember I took out about a quarter of her health, when a rumbler walked by, and she hypnotized it. I spent the next five minutes hiding in a corner, trying desperately to kill the 3 auto turrets surrounding me, while getting pounded by rockets, and stabbed in the face by the big sister.
