I was doing a raid on World of Warcraft, The raid leader tells everyone he needs to leave his wife was bleeding from the head, Before leaving he spent 20min explaining to the next guy in line how to give out loot while his wife was bleeding, He didn't leave until i told him didn't you need to take your wife to the hospital?

Well, nothing as absurd as ionvaeu's story come to mind, but after ganking a poor fellah one too many times in Stranglethorn Vale, he rerolled a lvl 1 alt on my faction and proceded to cry and spew obsceneties to me in whispers for about an hour.

I tried that 14 day trail thing, didn't like it to much. However their was this one guy with some vaguely racist name, he went on and on about how white people are the master race, and religion is the "ONLY" way to rid the world of "parasitic Niggers,Jews and spics" eating away at America's economy. He gathered a crowd in the Orc/Troll beginning area, one guy asked him if he has ever actually met a person from a different ethnic background, he said, and I shit you not, "Yeah my mom is was in a wheelchair a year ago."

He went on to say he was raped by a half-black half Jewish mob. He swore on his life it was true.

I doubt that his story was at all true, but disturbing and (unintentionally) fucking hilarious!

I walked in on two people having cyber-sex in some random house near Goldshire. Not disturbing as much as pathetic.

I grabbed the Speed power-up in WSG, and the guy behind me spent the rest of the twenty minutes swearing at me about how it was his and I was a ****** who can never be loved.
It was funny.

Edit: Oh, and there was another guy who was saying that he was "such a stud. All the girls fall over to get a look at this 80 paladin owner."
He was serious.

I have had that happen as well. I was knocking out some low level quests in sentinel hill when I was on my level 74 mage. A level 80 warlock came in and started killing the quest npcs and any player that tried to stop him. I got annoyed and killed him 8 times before he logged onto another character and started to yell at me for stopping him.

I think it's fucked up that kids in Japan or South Korea get exploitet for farming gold in WoW, they sit in this room with dozents of other kids, eating once a shift (about 14 hours), farming gold all day long. They do it for the money they get, but they're rediculously underpaid.

Also, not really disturbing, but when I tried a trial version I found it funny to just jump up and down at the fire in the orc town, and after 5 min of jumping there were 20+ people jumping around and yelling "FOR THE HORDE", mostly noobs like me.

Once, I came across a procession of avatars taking part in an in-game wedding. These were two people who actually considered this wedding legitimate within the confines of reality, so I felt the need to intervene, because I was an asshole.
Immediately, I stripped off all of my character's clothing and sprinted across the precession /yelling "GIGGITY GIGGITY GIGGITY GIGGITY GIGGITY GIGGITY GIGGITY GIGGITY GIGGITY GIGGITY GIGGITY GIGGITY GIGGITY GIGGITY GIGGITY GIGGITY GIGGITY GIGGITY GIGGITY GIGGITY GIGGITY GIGGITY GIGGITY GIGGITY GIGGITY GIGGITY GIGGITY GIGGITY GIGGITY GIGGITY GIGGITY GIGGITY GIGGITY GIGGITY".

I received /whispered death threats for the next three hours.
That is awsome good show old bean.

Not even in whispers or anything? Pfft, they wanted to be caught.
They were using /e, so basically narrating their won actions.

You think thats bad, theres a video on YouTube of an in game funeral for a player on a PvP realm, were the Horde decide to crash it, and kill everyone there. Quite funny, but so very insensitive.

I passed a Blood Elf once... A BLOOD ELF ...EWWWWWW!!! Quite disturbing.

On the topic of weddings though, I had a friend who actually refused to come to a day out at a theme park with me and his friends because he was invited to a RP wedding in WoW.

Haha. I know who the funeral was for, and I play on the server. As sad as a suicide is, the funeral-raid in itself was hilarious.

I feel horrible for laughing so hard at it, But it really is quite funny...raiding and slaughtering those attending a virtual funeral.
Ehh...I rolled a character on Illidan once. I got to the 30's or so before concluding it was kind of boring and the bad mannered players didn't make it worth it.

That said, Goldshire on Moon Guard. I once rolled a character and went there, thinking there was no way it was as bad as people made it out to be.

It was.

You make me want to play the game, just so I can do that.

[EDIT]

Ohh, better idea, marrige raid trolling. Get twenty or thirty people to do this. That would be glorious.

I started a new character for the hell of it but decided to explore the area. I came across a naked female troll hidden away and dancing. I'd rather not imagine what the player was doing...

Well the only funny/disturbing story I have that comes to mind was when I was playing as my lvl 25-27 Blood Elf Paladin on Dentarg and I encountered a lvl 60 Dranei Shaman who was afk. So since it was a PvP server I decided to go ahead and attack him (BTW I had to decided to Spec defense or protection or whatever the spec is). During the course of all this he didn't come back on at all until he had around 200 hp left and randomly yelled out something in gibberish (It was due to the language barrier between the Horde and Alliance which I think should be non-existant seeing as in WC3 humans were able to speak with undead, orcs, trolls, tauren and nightelves and etc. and vice versa for the other races).

Anyway after I had finished with him and ran away, he later logged in on a horde character and proceeded to berate me of how much of a hacker I was and that I couldn't do that and that I was a coward for leaving his corpse. It was funny.

The only other funny story I can think of was when me and some friends were going through the cathedral instance (forgot the name) with one of my friends at lvl 70, me at lvl 30 and the rest from between lvl 18-30. So we were going through the instance and everything was going swell until the lvl 70 decided to run ahead saying he was going to clear a path but after he got too far ahead and bogged down by a bunch of enemies, one of my friends tried to follow and got targeted by a banshee I believe which then continued to kill him. Then there was me and the rest of my friends fighting this banshee trying to survive until eventually I was the only one left. So I tried to get away by using Invulnerability but I ended up dead anyways as the banshee followed me. My friends then proceeded to say it was my fault as I wasn't healing everyone or resurrecting everyone to which I replied "NEED MOAR MANAAAAAAA!!!!"
It's safe to say they kicked me from the group.

I was on a private server, and one of the moderators transformed me into a mechano-hog, which is a big-ass motorbike, and made me go super-fast. I did something, and I changed back to my usual warlock form. Then I went dashing about the Barrens, having lots of fun. I jumped over a hill, and heard somebody say something questionable. So I turned around, and sure enough there were two night elf druids in cat form...having night-elf-druid-cat-sex. They assumed I was spying on them, and proceeded to attack me. I ran away. I escaped. But they ambushed me.
