Brb gonna see a shrink.

Consider myself happy and okay, I guess?

Narcissistic? Hm, not sure. Perhaps, I mean, shouldn't I be the most important thing in my own life, surely it's only logical to put yourself first, in most cases anyway.

Obsessive-Compulsive? Ehh... I can be pretty bad with perfection. When playing RTS games, I try very hard to make my bases symmetrical.

nothing i haven't heard before, though low "antisocial" would surprise a few people.

EDIT: actually, never mind:

Anti-social is characterized by a disregard for the feelings and interests of other people as well as established social norms and laws. People with this disorder are most often referred to as Sociopaths.

Avoidant is what most people think would be called anti-social. It is avoiding social interactions due to a feeling of inadequacy and fear of rejection. It is however not a disinterest in engaging in social activities.
that makes it make sense. i am definitely not a sociopath, just not very outgoing.

lol, same here... I'm not particularly social... but I don't go around burning down house parties because I hate other people being social :D
Here's my ASBO, *****! Watchu got muthafucka?!

LOL... Yeah, the problem is that antisocial means different things to different circles. Though that got me thinking... right down to the fundamentals, is there much of a difference between Avoidant and Anti-Social? Or is it that Av, AS and Schizoid just have a set of overlapping symptoms?

Is there a psychologist in the house??
Anti-social is characterized by a disregard for the feelings and interests of other people as well as established social norms and laws. People with this disorder are most often referred to as Sociopaths.

Avoidant is what most people think would be called anti-social. It is avoiding social interactions due to a feeling of inadequacy and fear of rejection. It is however not a disinterest in engaging in social activities.

Schizoid however is precisely that. A complete lack of interest in social interactions most often accompanied by a emotional coldness and a decreased sense of empathy.

Hope this helps.

I took the test, and the first few results had "me" written all over, but I'm not at all histrionic or

Bugger, pretty much nailed me.
Don't worry, I'm quite histrionic too.... it's gotta the most embarrassing of them all to have, but as long as we have a name for it we can get away with it XD

Is this bad...?
To be fair, I've taken this test quite a few times now and it seems to be getting 'worse' every time.

Not the best test but the results are entertaining. I find it funny how my highest one is mild schizophrenia. Totally not crazy. Or paranoid.

Thankee. So, if I've got that right:

Anti-Social = well, anti-social
Avoidant = un-social
Schizoid = non-social

Soooo... obsessive compulsive avoidant narcissist? Reading the description, Schizotypal seems much more me than histrionic or paranoid. In fact its the only one I consider likely.

No idea what half of them mean, but with my Aspergers it's probardly right. With the exception of anti-social, should be higher.

Haha, firstly Im too 'paranoid' to actually submit answers to those sort of questions online and secondly have you seen the large numbers of sponsored personality disorder books on the side of the page when you get the results, its a con.
