I mean sharing things like toothbrushes, drinks, etc. Now, where I'm from, everybody is convinced you can share drinks and toothbrushes with family members because you're related, and that you shouldn't share a drink with anyone outside of your family unless you've kissed them before. How do you feel about sharing things like toothbrushes and drinks? Is it gross? Or is the "you're related so its ok" thing your view as well?

Yeah, pretty much, except that I would have the person wash my toothbrush after they finished. I don't want their stinky-ass breath on my tongue. Plus, I don't know anyone who wants to share mine.

I share drinks with people who I know haven't been anywhere nasty. Toothbrushes are off limits.

My boyfriend and I don't even share controllers, but I reluctantly share my drinks with him.

Sharing drinks yes, but toothbrushes? Eeewww. I'd share a drink with anyone I know but I would never share my toothbrush.

I'll share a drink with someone I'm dating or something, but not family, unless I don't intend to drink it again. I never share toothbrushes or anything like that.

Same, my sister seems not to respect that though, as she takes all of my razors, I refuse to use a razor used by someone else.

I think sharing things with people is usually fine. I mean there are very few pathogens that I could get from them that I otherwise haven't already been exposed to, so it makes little difference to me. But I despise sharing toothbrushes with anyone. No matter what.

I don't have any problem sharing drinks with people, but I think toothbrushes is a bit extreme.

I have little to no problems sharing drinks and food with people I know, but I say like others in this thread; toothbrushes is going to far.

I mean, within family it could be okay, but stil, with anyone else it would be weird. For me anyway.

I wouldn't share a toothbrush with ANYONE, even family. I won't share drinks unless I'm VERY thirsty or they definitely won't backwash.

That's just hygeine IMO.
