Kojiro hung up the phone after hearing Rin confirm she was on her way. He tossed his things down and quickly got out of his work close into something else and pulled his sword out from under the bed.

He ran back down stairs to meet Rin and head with her to the meeting spot.

Eber glanced at his watch and slipped out of his window to avoid having to swipe his card to exit via the front door of the dorms. He jogged across campus to the gymnasium, careful for any spying eyes, and waited at the door for Kumiko.

Rin quickly pulled on her shoes and grabbed her bag that held her book. She quickly rushed down stairs to meet Kojrio.

"You're early." Kumiko said as she approached the gym door. She took a seat on the steps, looking around. "No sign of any trouble, right?"

Kumiko fiddled with the key that was now dangling from her necklace.

Kojiro nodded to her as they set off. "I have no clue where Isoroku is...he didn't say anything yesterday. I hope he's ok..." He turned to Rin. "So the gym. Pretty brilliant idea. But how did you guys get a key? That's the part I don't understand."

 

[Daren58]

Rin turned her head to face him as they walked. "Ah Yamada asked Seiya-sempai if he could borrow a key. Since she doesn't know he's a persona user she must have thought he just wanted to do extra work." She glanced away nervously. "I'm um sorry if I seemed nosy on the phone earlier."

"Not as of yet... But it is best to be careful. Let us go inside."

Kojiro's thought wandered, 'He just asked her?'

"Yeah, Rin, its ok..." He wasn't really listening to her. Yamada just asked? And she gave it to him? Is this meeting place really safe? Just what was Yamada's deal...First he defends Seiya. Then he spies on them and ask to come along...Kojiro knew Yamada and Seiya both go to the same cram school. They could just be really close friends...or he could be a spy.

Seiya did say she would try to stop them, but last night she didn't even show up...no one showed up to stop them. Only to join them. He chewed on his bottom lip. He really wanted Isoroku there to go over his theory with. But for now he figured he'd ask Fridmund. The German student could tell him how last night went... yes. He could evaluate Yamada with Fridmund. He had become that team's leader anyway.

Least that's what Kojiro thought.

He finally snapped back into his thoughts as he and Rin reach the gym. "Ah, come on, Rin." He smiled at her, "Let's find the others."

Rin nodded, but she felt a little off put by his nonchalant way of accepting her apology. " Ah yes, lets go."

Kojiro looks around for the door and test it to see if it's unlocked. he sighes realizing its not yet and he looks around to make sure they are still alone. Or if Yamada is hiding in the bushes, poised for an ambush.

"Good idea." Kumiko removed her necklace and unlocked the door for the two of them to enter. "We should be able to turn the lights on, right? Since Yamada-san is supposed to be training in here." She searched around for the switch. When she located them, she only flipped a few to keep the room dim. "Oh yeah! I brought this too." she unveiled the vial they had found. "Just in case we can think of what to do with it."

As soon as he see's the lights come on, he tries knocking on the door. "Did they go in the front? Why not the side..."

"Keep an eye out, Rin. In case Seiya is sneaking about."

Rin felt a bit confused but glanced around none the less. "Huh, why would she be here?"

Yamada arrived moments later with his spear he'd doubled back for as an afterthought. He peeked inside to be sure it was the right people occupying the room before he joined them. He nodded as he entered. "I'm glad to see this worked so easily."

"Because, Yamada could be a spy...come on let's go around.* Kojiro lead Rin around to the other door and pushed it open for her. He was still checking about for Seiya.

Rin receives a text message--it's from Isoroku. He tells you something came up and he isn't going to come along tonight.

Eber looks around, sitting on a pile of mats. "Where is the tall one?"

Rin frowned as she considered this. 'Could Yamada be a spy? Hm I suppose he is a little quite." Her frown deepened and she suddnely found that she too was glancing about for Seiya. Though she was doing so more nervously than Kojiro as he held the door open for her. She gave a small nod of thanks as she went through it.

Kojiro followed in after her. When he saw Yamada was there, he gave a short wave. "Hey...just us. No Roku tonight."

'One less jerk to deal with is fine by me. Of course that's time we'll have to spend re-explaining this to him...'

"Okay, so I guess that's everyone who decided to show up." she spun the room key around her finger.

Yamada rests his spear against the wall, but stands not far from it. "That's a shame. Someone needs to fill him in on the happenings later." He was more than fine with the other student being absent, but did understand his worth in this situation. He turned to Mizushima. "Thank you very much for sorting out the keys."
