I will admit that I made the assumption that you were female (don't assume kids it makes an ass out of you and me), but that was purely based on the pronouns already used in reference to you by others. Can't say I ever really cared that much to check.
This is uncanny, cause the first thing I saw when the page loaded was your avatar, and my first thought was "this stranger I have never met is probably a girl, and maybe even the girl represented in the picture."Shivari said:

I don't really like my psychological process of avatar analysis. If somebody changes their avatar it always feels like meeting them all over again.
I love the various parts of the internet. In livejournal land, everyone is female until proven trans or dude.
And since lj is still my primary internet interaction, my brain assumes everyone is female on the internet. Knowing the vaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaast amount of female 4chan users that there are only confirms that for me. Especially since the majority of us spent ages pretending to be guys so that threads weren't endless repetitions of 'tits or gtfo'.
So, yes. Escapist duders, I'm sorry but part of me is always going suspect you are all ladies.

I wasn't going to post in this, then I it triggered a memory. I had a friend that I used to rp with, and he revealed at a pretty big roleplaying site that he was, infact, not a girl. Now, this could seem harmless on an anime rp site...but he'd already, somehow, gotten "caught up" in a cyber sex session. So, they labored under the apprehension that he was a girl for a while, somehow he got cybered in thier chat, and when he revealed what'd happened he either left or got kicked from the board (I can't remember.)
The guy was cool, I'd known him from college and he was a great rper. He usually played girls and apparently he was too good, lol. I felt bad for laughing at him but I had told him before that he was gonna cause problems when he revealed what who he was, and how do you accidentally get cybered? Anyway, I haven't heard form him in years, but this reminds me of it.
So, think of it this way. Even if people hate you, you can't say that you've had suprise cyber sex

I'll be honest in saying that I spend a lot of time with Shivari, and it was bugging him about this whole thing. (Especially after someone figured it out on their own.) So he's been going back and forth on this, and finally wanted to get it out into the light?Darth Mobius said:

By making a big deal out of this, you're certainly garnering more attention to this thread than the opening post did, as well as a hefty amount for yourself. This is followed up by the massive arrogance you hold in the RP section, being the President and all.
Regardless of all of that, Shivari the girl is no more or less a persona than your Gold-plated Star Destroyer, or my CRT Monitor Head. It's a persona that Shivari had connected to his actual person. Though unlike yourself or Ultrajosephine, Shivers didn't like that kind of reputation, so he dispelled it.
If you want to make this about attention, then you're just lashing out at an old-school poster. One who did nothing wrong. If you want to go off on someone, do it on me. Shivers doesn't need your unfair criticism, especially for doing nothing wrong.
