Anyway, now that I've finished reading all this, some feedback:
First off, hilarious idea. Awesome idea. The only problem is as soon as you ask if anyone wants a cameo then you will get requests for cameos (I'm not sure if you noticed that [/irony]). Second, this is going to take a long time. Just making all the models and animations, with just one person working on it, will take...I have no idea how long. A long time, to be sure. Kudos to you for deciding to make that kind of a commitment. You must have been really bored.
As for music, might I suggest Newgrounds Audio Portal [http://www.newgrounds.com/audio/]? They've got some surprisingly fine music available under creative commons. As long as you cite them they're happy. That would be the easiest way to get music for a project like this.
Just some thoughts. I'll drop by with more as I think 'em up.

good luck making this game. and heres a suggestion: add a setting where you can make the enemies fly off into space whenever they are hit by a deadly explosion, and add a sandbox mode where you can just endlessly respawn enemies and ammo so you can kill as much stuff as you like. i think most game mods have this kind of thing.

A group of six Super-Trolls have gathered an army of lesser trolls and have taken over The Escapist, capturing some of the forum posters and all of the staff.
Wilsonscrazybed, unable to deal with the amount of trolls, calls in 10 posters who he feels will be the most effective against the trolls. He gives them a 'Mod Portal' and this teleports them into The Escapist homepage. This will act as the staging platform of the game
They then shoot and puzzle their way through the various forums, fighting first a Troll-Bot, Labyrinth, A duo of Xitel and Crimson5pheonix and John Galt before figuring out that Moot the owner of 4chan and the rest of the trolls have taken over Themis Media headquarters in real life due to a leak in the internets (started by the Lolcatz book). The 13 (Xitel/Crim and Labyrinth having joined them at this point drop out in the Reception area of the offices and make their way through the building clearing out trolls until they reach the roof. There they battle Moot until he admits defeat.
Nilcypher appears behind them and mentions that there are many trolls still to be captured or killed. Many are already in the "Troll pit" but they are still strongly encouraged to go out and hunt some more. (effectively free play from that point. The Troll Pit is opened for Troll Hunts)
