Male and 6. I own a pair of Dr Martens, 3 pairs of Converse (one black, one green and one red) and 2 pairs of DCs. I really don't care for shoes and I have had them for years.
A pair of work-boots, a pair of converse [red, a la Dwight McCarthy] and a pair of Airwalk skate shoes.

1 pair hiking/climbing boots.
plus a big bag with shoes that I don't wear at the moment/max once per year.

Eight, but only because I never threw the ones from my childhood away. And believe me, I've accidentally tried fitting into size sixes with my man-feet more times than I can remember. So maybe three I actually use now? Running, regulars, and dress.

Male, three. A pair of platform boots which I wear most of the time. A pair of normal black shoes for when I'd rather be comfortable. And a pair of sneakers for when I have to run.
I've got a psychology project for school and I need a little data from people, so I'm turning to you people on the Escapist.

I own three pairs of shoes for everyday use. (One comfy pair, and two nicer pairs, one of which I don't really use anymore)

A pair of nice shoes. (The kind that goes with a suit.)
