Male - 4, knackered shoes for general working, good shoes that i wear most of the time, my mountain biking shoes with SPDs, and my climbing shoes.

Ive had the Same single Pair of shoes for the past...2 and a Half Years, Im also male.

My wife has 5
(everyday sneakers, backups, two pairs of flats and her nursing shoes)

I'm not sure this is an entirely fair way to get results though, Escapists might be biased towards having less or more shoes than average due to skewed ages and interests.
