Portal. Is there any other answer?
I was thinking the same thing as soon as I saw the title.
Any Valve game really. They are so good, I wish I could have more.
Agreed, with the possible exception of Half Life 2. Not that it was bad, but just because the ending fit. Any more after would have felt tacked on, and more in the middle would have just made it feel like Valve was messing with us.

Portal. Probably the most obvious one.
And only for me, The World Ends With You and Okami. I feel like both could've had 10 hours tacked on while still being story relevant and fun.
Odd thing about Okami. I loved it, but around the time I got to Kumui (after the second Disc One Final Dungeon [http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/DiscOneFinalDungeon], ending with Ninetales), I just...stopped. I couldn't go on, and I know I talked to someone else with the same problem. It was months before I picked it up again, and then I powered through to the end and wished it was longer. Odd game, Okami.

Mirrors Edge - got a mixed response but I got hooked on it- after a while you get sick of picking up a FPS and leaving a trail of corpses with holes in their heads first play through, and it was nice to have a game that encouraged you to drop the gun and leg it (which is probably far more in keeping with what I'd actualy do if people started shooting guns about the place). The length of the game seemed to be tied to its plot arc, which was unfortunate what with it being crap and thin on the ground.
I know what you mean. One thing I would have liked is if we had missions at the beginning where we just did Faith's job for her, before ratcheting slowly into the story. That would have been great, and would have given more time to establish context.

Portal was way too short. I also was a huge fan of the Path, and wish that was a little longer. Maybe some dialogue could have lengthened it? I also blew through the first LotR game for the PS2 in one weekend on a first play through. I had fun because it was easy and entertaining, but they could have made it like two or three hours longer and I would have been happier.
I don't know, dialog would have sort of ruined the feel of the Path, although I would have liked if it was just slightly less open to interpretation, if only so people stop calling it a rape simulator by only looking skin deep and taking them blacking out as a sign that they were raped (although I admit, it really does look that way at first glance).
