On a side note, when I go to work or just stroll around the city, I usually carry my stuff in a military grade sling bag (Jumbo Versipack) made by Maxpedition. It keeps my stuff safe from most common potential dangers, due to the fact that the pack is made of thick 1050 denier teflon-coated cordura that is really sturdy and rainproof. This is why I don't worry that much about my electronics breaking due to rain or light physical harm.

7. It could be worth it for long trips, but my phone can go for over a week without recharging, so I haven't had a problem with that. My MP3 player on the other hand has a tendency to turn on when I don't want it, so I can sometimes find it without a charged battery. An emergency charger could be useful.

9. A laptop charger would be great (if it's not too heavy, my laptop is heavy enough). I travel by train a lot, so my laptop has to be on for quite some time. It's usually out of charge by the end of the trip.

*Not usually, I wrap them around my headphones.
Have you run into times where your phone has ran out of battery whilst out? Would a small emergency charger be of interest to you in this case? (1-10 on how useful this sounds) - It would work for phones, PSP's, DS's and other similar devices.

How about a laptop/netbook/tablet charger, which could provide roughly an hour of additional use (1-10)(Ignore if you do not carry any of these devices)
