Sony always had the best market for JRPGs. While Nintendo and Microsoft have some solid titles of their own, Sony has the better library overall. (Although, you can't play Tales of Vesperia for the PS3 unless you import the JP version).
Oh yes and one of my favorite (and hardly known PS3 releases) Rune Factory: Tides of Destinys69-5 said:Now there's a battle that I haven't had to fight in a while.NiPah said:*...making said individual go away before s69-5 lowers the boom...*TaintedSaint said:*...Clueless argument as to what is an RPG, or just a troll post...*NiPah said:snip
Did you notice that stare down Maka is back. The mood on the threads lately took her out of retirement.
Hopefully I'll be able to bring Nisa back soon.
Thanks for getting rid of the poster, so I didn't have to.
And thanks for the reminders for my above list. I completely forgot that I own Star Ocean 4(haha) and then also forgot Eternal Sonata and Enchanted Arms (I found both to be meh, but they are JRPGs).
haha the reason I decided to buy a PS3 and not a 360 was due to Disgaea 3 coming out for it.Master_of_Oldskool said:I personally bought (or rather attempted to buy, long story) a PS3 solely for the purpose of playing Disgaea 3, so I would have to go with "Yes."
So what would you call a pre made table top D&D campaign with a linear quest and only one ending? You know, the ones with pre-made characters?TaintedSaint said:Sorry but going down a pre scripted linear story is not role playing making choices that affect the story is. People who say all games are role playing games only say that because they know jrpgs are not role playing games and they need that argument to justify calling jrpgs rpgs in the first place.
