I want to get a new game but I'm undecided on which one. Can anyone tell me if these games are worth the money?

Dragon Age: Origins
Red Dead Redemption
Just Cause 2
Skate 3
Dante's Inferno

The first two are both very fun. Red Dead Redemption is less linear than Dragon Age and has more voice acting where as DA has the silent protagonist and different main character paths you go down.

The only I've played or have seen being played are Dragon Age, Red Dead Redemption, and Dante's Inferno. The first 2 I'd recommend if you like a good RPG. My friend seemed to like Just Cause 2, but I have little to add than that.

Well what kind of games do you like? Have you played Just Cause 1 or Skate 1&2?

If you want your money's worth, Red Dead Redemption and Just Cause 2 both have open world's you can roam free in.
I haven't tried Skate 3 or Dante's Inferno, so I don't know about them,

You can also spend a lot of time on Dragon Age: Origins, although do you like those RPG/DnD sort of games?

If you want us to pick one you should tell us what kind of games you like first.

Dragon Age is the best choice if you ask me. The only thing i have against it is that your character is mute.

I haven't played any of them, but from what I've heard Just Cause 2 and Dragon Age: Origins are by far the best in that list.

Don't get Skate 3, get a Tony Hawk's Pro Skater game. Preferably one of the PSX ones.

Just Cause 2.
"Why?" you ask. Just 'cause.
In all seriousness though, it's the most fun I've ever had screwing around in a game.

Just Cause 2, get for sure because it's hilarious. If you like parachuting up mountains and carrying around miniguns, you'll like JC2. Red Dead is decent, but I only had it for a few weeks and I recently moved, so my Live wasn't working. I can't speak for the multiplayer, but the single player didn't seem to have the same replayability value as other RPG's like Mass Effect or Fallout.

I played the Skate 3 demo, liked it. But I was wondering if it's worth the money.
Are there any problems with it or anything like that

Dragon Age and Red Dead are more than worth the money. Dragon Age especially.

Can't comment on the others since I haven't played them. Mainly because they just didn't seem that interesting to me.

Just Cause 2's great. If you have it for the PC there's actually a bit of modding for it.

Dunno about any of the rest, because most of it was either not released on PC or I just wasn't interested in purchasing.

Well red dead is a great open world full of guns, horses and people to hog tie and shot at.
I personally liked the game because its great for boring summer days and fun.

Some guy said all those would be rentals, I agree on some. This is my opinion, and I haven't found any one who actually agrees, but I hated all of those except Just Cause 2 (Which I got bored of really quickly, but it was fun for... 2 hours.) And skate 3, which isn't the best skate, but was still fun.

JC2, if you like pure mindless fun and screwing around.
I tried to take down a statue by tying a small car to it and driving the car away. It failed and I started swinging around the statue while laughing very quite a lot (even thinking of it gives me the giggles).

RDR is GTA4 again. Dante's Inferno is God of War but not as fun, Tony Hawks Pro Skater 3 is one of the best rated PS2 games of all time so if you are getting any skating game with a 3 go for it, Dragon Age bored me to death in the opening (I tried Dwarf Nobility, and was bored stupid after the tournament bit which I beat by just tapping X 1 time per fight).

I'm probably one of if not the only one who thinks Red Dead Redemption is far from what it's cracked up to be. In my opinion, Dragon Age: Origins, I would recommend Just Cause 2 but I haven't played it yet...

A) save your money and get none. You probably could find 3-5 old games for the price of one of those new ones

-or-

B) Just Cause 2.
