Should I Join Twitter?

I've been pondering this thought for awhile and I'm not quite sure about this whole microblogging thing. I mean, I already have my own blog [http://www.liferpoints.wordpress.com], so should I even bother?

Damn, I was going to say that. This is all twitter is, it's filled with BORED people who are just going about their day, fair enough, but they're tweating about eating, playing a game, scratching their butt. It's just not something I look forward to reading.
