Should I move to Australia?

I just got asked by my parents if I want to move to Australia.
My dad has a job opportunity there.
Is that a good idea?

I really don't know because as much as I'd love to move there, I'd be leaving my friends behind etc and one man stands in my way....

Yes I'm 19 in full time work but I still live with my parents so if I don't want to go I either have to convince them not to go or evacuate to a flat asap

1: Mostly desert. Small patches of incredible beauty along the coast.
2: Most ecologically devastating power generation on the planet. The average Australian consumes more coal than anyone else, anywhere.
3: Of all the continents, it is the most densely packed with poisonous things. Hell, they have sea snails that can kill you in seconds.
4: Michael Atkinson will die soon... (trust me, wink wink.) ....so you don't have to worry about that.
5: The chicks have the sexiest accents ever.

Bring your consoles with you and get your friends to send you good ol' uncensored games from the US/Canada. It'll probably be cheaper than buying games from Australian stores, and Atkinson can't do Jack (Thompson) about it.

Australia is fine, and if your worried about michael atkinson, don't move to south australia. He rules there. Stick to the coast and you will be fine. It works for me

That sounds fun. It's always nice to see new places. If your dad is going to get a better job then you probably don't have any say in the issue anyways so just enjoy it. You're going to miss your friends but moving always causes that weather you move one city away or one ocean away.

Yes definitely do move to Australia. Just don't move to South Australia, they have Michel Atkinson and is generally boring (thats a joke by the way, i think desert and canola is really amazing. Move to Victoria or Queensland or maybe South Australia. We have the best beaches and i will buy you a drink.

There are still a hell of a lot of ways to get video games in Australia, so don't worry about that. I say move - you can still import them from New Zealand or get them from an online service.

EDIT: And watch out for MASSIVE DUST STORMS. The dust is actually glass, and it will rip your skin off in seconds. It's funny to watch, trust me.
