MGS1 already had a graphical reboot for the Game Cube, it turned out pretty good but I was unfond of the script revisions.
FF7 fanboys just need to let it die, yes it was a good game but all it REALLY needs is a retranslation, not a full remake.
Save the full remake for more fitting games, like Final Fantasy 6.
I didn't mind the script revision, but the soundtrack revision stressed me out. It just wasn't as good as the original, but I guess this had something to do with Silicon Knights developing the game.
EDIT: I should also point out that I don't really think that many, if any PS1 games should get a graphical remake. Sequel perhaps (like Bushido Blade, preferably on the Wii, I can dream) but not a simple graphical overhaul, it just seems like a waste of time to be perfectly honest, unless it was something like Perfect Dark, where certain modes and mechanics were dog slow, but then a tweak and virtual release would be in order.
Oh and,

lol i'd love to see a graphical remake for...tekken 3
I don't know...something about that just seems redundant or pointless. Maybe for virtual release, but even then...
