The top 10 episode was a little too long for the punchline, and therefore quite weak when the punchline finally came. Though I did enjoy the comments that were there in the end and got a little chuckle - be a bit quicker in execution perhaps?
The Assassin's Creed joke was probably my favourite, it had me giggling and it would be nice to see more jokes done in this way - pointing out as if In Game about points that the games don't really bother to consider or explain. It would make sense if the first time an Assassin did a leap of faith they'd be a little freaked out. (Hell when I first played AC I was a bit freaked the first time I did it - until I landed in the bale of hay).
The fired one was okay, I don't really get the Rainbows & Cookies HQ ones, but some of the quips are quite entertaining. I find that they're funnier if you get what they're referring to. ie. The MapleStory joke, probably if I hadn't have played MS I wouldn't have found it so funny. But generally I find them a bit 'meh'. The acting is okay, the characters and their reactions go well, but the general feeling of these skits don't really hone out with funny. Its more 'oh yeah, I get it' worthy, which doesn't have the same emphasis.
I do see potential in this show, I've been watching it from the start, sometimes there are very clever, thoughtful and funny episodes and some just fall a little short - I suppose that's the problem with having a skit show with numerous skits, rather than one encompassing the entire episode like LRR. At least that way an episode can be weak, while another can come out as genius. Whereas it seems with the SAGS and its multiple-skits seem to have its little gems - like the AC skit - hidden beneath a weaker skit like the Gamesterbation one. I think you need to have a good think and work out which skits are more successful than others, and try and focus a little more on those rather than the 'meh' ones. I'll keep watching though. Good luck as always.
