This is the only art I have ever uploaded to anything, and I only just started out with digital art so it's not great, and some of it is hand drawn with charcoal and effects added on Photoshop. I just really got the idea of the Tau being space communists and...well...this happened:

It probably counts once you've coloured it, yes. I have no idea for programs, to be honest. I use outdated ones, and from what I hear of my friends, there are a ton to choose from. :/

Yeah that's why I haven't bought a program, too many choices. But I'll start to look into Manga Studio, see if I like it.
