My desktop has stayed the same for a while because it's so freaking epic.
For my PS3 XMB, I'm going to be using this picture with icons that have a slash through them and make slash noises. (If you can't tell, I'm eagerly awaiting MGS: Rising)

The Pac man one was done entirely in photoshop with a tablet, and the Lady Cadaver one was a mix of pens and photoshop.
I do a a little bit of Flash animation, but no where near EgoRaptor style.
I knew abut your DA account because I read the link, also, how do you use photoshop? Made it myself..kind of.
Found the black and white picture of 0[sup]2[/sup] on deviant art a while back, colored it all in and neat with Photoshop, changed it up a bit then made my own background for it that matches with the fight scene background.
It's always nice looking at your own work =]

To be specific I use a medium-sized Wacom Intuos4 and I just draw straight into Photoshop.
I've been drawing cartoons for most my life now, so it's pretty easy.
And like I said, the Lady Cadaver one was drawn on paper and scanned in, only the colours are done in photoshop for that one.
(Although I'm not too bad with traditional markers).
