This is the only video I've ever posted on my youtube profile, I did it a few years ago so my voice sounds fairly different now than what it was like back then. Just so you know I'm the guy who says hello and welcome at the start, my voice sounds kind of wierd but hey, I was only 12.

Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be much interest. Lol I just used my psp. And I think your accent sounds pretty cool! I'm a big fan of accents and other languages in general so this thread is kinda for my benefit in some ways haha

haha, yeah I tend to be an 'accent sponge'. I bet if I hang out with an Australian long enough ill be talking like Crocodile Dundee in no time! I think I actually picked up a few terms and words from watching Flying Doctors religiously.

I do that to, if I'm watching a british movie, or listening to someone speak with an irish accent or something, I always end up talking like that for the rest of the day, like I get stuck with that voice lol I like mirror other peoples accents consantly

OP: I can't do it right now, but I got a new webcam and I'm curious to see how well ti works, I'll probably try to do it later if I can remmeber.

Well, there's no reason we can't do that. I think Labyrinth and Baby Tea were doing that podcast thing and I guess they could always do a webcam segment for that if they aren't already. Plus we can do threads like this. Perhaps a series of webcam reviews in the User Reviews section, or things like this thread? The possibilities are endless, really.

I definitely think there should be more webcam stuff. To me, it just seems a lot more personal, like the escapist UK thing. Unfortunately my ideas for webcam topics have dried up with this one XD But I'd happily participate in anything else someone came up with.

How cool would it be if like the escapist hosted "Escape keyboards: get to know your fellow escapists" nights, where like maybe once a month or once a week, anyone who is a forum member (okay maybe some ristrictions like maybe a 2 week minimum membership so we don't get a bunch of spam sutff) and a webcam, can sign in and it's like a big webcam party? just people talking about games and chatting or helping people understand the escapists or helping people with video games.
Just like a few hours where all the escapers here can have like a party through webcams, and just get to know eachother better.
I think it would be Fun, helpful, and I think it'll help the escapist community become a closer knit of friends.

Any suggestions anyone or does anyone think it's a bad/good idea?
