I would have to say Lost. I was a huge fan, having seen it from the start. But now I can't follow it at all.
Loads of british sitcoms need to die as well. My Family is incredibly boring and Two Pints and a Packet of Crisps was some of the worst programming I've ever seen.

Everybody Loves Raymond, it was never funny.

I never watch crap like big brother, but I am amazed shows like that actually have people that watch it. Big Brother should have been strangled at birth. It's a truly disgusting format. Doesn't even try to disguise it's Orwellian jollies.
And it spawned even worse imitators. Ones that can't even use the 'it's a social experiment' ruse with a shred of credibility.

Of course, can you really blame a studio when it costs a couple hundred bucks and a pizza to produce something that makes 10x-20x the cost in profit?
Family Guy needs to die. Scrubs is retarded. Any reality show just about. Lost has to go. Heroes was good in the first season then got stupid. CSI, every last spin off (uhhhh medical exmaniers don't have guns and don't work in dark rooms, among a thousand other inaccuracies). Grey's Anatomy (aka Junior High Emergency Room). Brothers and Sisters is fucking unbearable. Why is King of the Hill on Adult Swim? That show is worse than reality. I think MTV should be cancelled. The whole thing. The Mighty Boosh... Dear Britain, YOU'RE NOT FUNNY STOP CROSS DRESSING.
I would say Tim and Eric, but I watched it high and struck me that that is PRECISELY who it was made for. Watching it sober is a big mistake.
