I have been thinking and I have made a list of side effect I get from the Escapist. Feel free to add your own.

1.) Dependency (yes, I'm addicted)
2.) Headaches (from staring at a screen)
3.) Weight gain (from not exercising)
4.) Weight loss (to busy posting to eat)
5.) Loss of sleep (I wonder why)
6.) Depression (Stupid Trolls)

Knowing more than your friends because they don't know about the Escapist.
Loss of sleep because you have to beat your friends to the information first because they now know about the Escapist.

Shit. Dtoid is hours ahead of the Escapist.

Escapist is almost as slow as GamesRadar.

Addiction. Pure and simple addiction. Also the loss of a soul, as part of it is trapped in the servers.

Hmm. My new found nightmares involving numbers and 'reports' seems to be a side effect from working on the mod queue. Does that count? >.<;
What would happen if YOU were reported, by yourself?

Not to me and my slow ass friends. We like the updates to exhisting threads over brand new threads.

Uncontrollable laughter, lose of sleep and appetite. Some users reported advertisements that hindered their performance and in rare cases erectile dysfunction.

It isn't a false sense if you actually are superior :p

There's the Escapist for you. If people don't like something their first instinct is to report it.

So, I guess one side-effect is a weakened gag-reflex.

And that. I didn't want to say anything because of the afore-mentioned weak gag-reflex.

I couldn't do that report. I'd let Zombiesinc handle it. ;O

IT WOULD BE A CRY FOR HALP! xD
I mean, it take 2 reports for a mod like you to be notified, right?

If you hit the report button, and then another person did, does that qualify?

I report my own posts accidentally sometimes...When trying to click the username in the post below the button. Rare, but it happens. Stupid laptop trackpad.

Random nagging itches from wanting the full picture of other people's avatars >.>

What, I collect pictures. Gotta catch 'em all! (At least the good ones)

The screen feels smaller, and I end up wasting valuable hours spending quality time over in the Forum Games Forum or Off-topic.
