OKAY! I think that we've given enough time for sheet submission. Who wants to start, and is there anything people want to be done about start, EG, do people want anything different than what I've been talking about?
Sure. About ready to go.

Umm...

In this storyline, the Star Child doesn't even EXIST. I decided that such a thing would ruin any hope of anything happening.

Shepard piloted the massive war machine that was the Crucible and used it to fracture the Reapers according to the wills of their original races, twisted into death machines. From there, the Council forces routed the confused and disrupted Reaper fleet, which proceeded to collapse into different factions and the Reaper War started in full. Each faction of Reapers went to different bases in unexplored space, and a brutal, long war started. The now-Admiral Shepard pulled the Alliance military back into production with Anderson and Hackett, and they managed to get a civilian government running enough to prevent the Alliance collapsing. Over the course of the war, the Asari's suddenly revealed secret advantages were turned on them, and they barely hold onto their council seat. Frankly, nobody trusts them anymore.

The Salarian's slowness to help the other races means that they are getting much less aid than they need as well. The diplomat responsible has been given the Salarian version of a dishonorable discharge, and the Salarian government is slowly gaining support back from the other races.

The Turians and Alliance as the only states to maintain themselves during and after the war with any respectable strength are now acting under a Council banner to re-establish the Galaxy.

The main production center of most of the Council races comes from the Quarian-Geth protectorate, which has given the other races immense amounts of vital life-support technology, and the Geth are providing the Alliance and Turians with the industrial technology they need to maintain a large military and improve it.

The Alliance is getting a little more help than the others, though. Geth and Quarian forces, civilian interests, and citizens are becoming more common sights in Alliance space, because of Shepard's actions to unite the races during the war. Shepard managed to get Legion put on the Alliance's memorial to the Reaper War, as a member of his crew. (This was because Legion's death made me sad.)

And Shepard's Salarian Scientist got the entire Krogan main fleet named after him. 'Solus' Is the name for their research arm.

Okay. That makes sense. And actually sounds pretty damn awesome.

Why hasn't Bioware hired you to write for them yet?

So how many of you want a new thread? I don't think it's very necessary, our little pre-start doesn't fill much space, but I figured that if any of you REALLY wanted it, I'd let you speak.

Thanks Kasten for letting me slide this sheet in a little on the late side.

Name: Calenzia T'Veke

Gender: Female

Species: Asari

Age: 672

Years Of Service: 63 in the asari military's communications division during her youth. 12 from the Reaper invasion to present day as a communications specialist, having joined the mass of anti-reapers forces when all hell broke loose on the reasoning the best place to be when it's all out galactic war is behind as many military defences as possible.

Military Rank/Government Role: Formerly a Lieutenant by the end of her first stretch in the military. Present day is strictly speaking, a specialist contractor, so has no formal rank. Specialist is often used in lieu of one.

Biotic Potential: As an asari her biotic potential is quite high, although has only really been developed to medium capacity, as her expertise lies more with computers and languages.

Psychological Stability: Quite sound for the most part, although has somewhat of a weakness for temptation: gambling, get rich quick schemes, ethically unsound dealings and the like.

Biography: Calenzia T'Veke was born on the citadel to the aide of an asari diplomat and a salarian computer programmer. Taking an interest from an early age in other cultures and electronics due to the influence of her parents, she lived a life of relative comfort in her youth, learning to read the languages of other races as a favoured endevour. She later attended university, basing her studies around her love of electronics and culture.

After graduating, she secured a job in the asari military's communications sector and spent several years enjoying the work, taking great interest in picking up the communications protocols of other cultures and even more interest in decrypting them once she'd risen high enough to handle intelligence communications.

Eventually, having learnt as much as she felt she was able to within the military, she grew bored with the work and left the service. Over the following several centuries, driven by a need to do something new, exercise her talents and most importantly, make enough money to survive, Calenzia accumulated a more chequered resume than her military service. Information trading, corporate espionage and political muckraking became her new business, on a steadily more unethical basis as was needed to stay ahead of her competitors.

With the outbreak of the reaper invasion, Calenzia hedged her bets by putting her skills to use as a communications specialist, banking on her best chance of survival being to position herself amid the military might of the galaxy. So far, so good. Still, it's not as exciting as the world of blackmarket information.

Notes: Calenzia is fluent in the languages of the major species of the galaxy through her long fascination and study of other cultures. Her Vorcha is kind of rusty though, as she finds that they seldom have much of particular interest to say and the pronounication is murder on her throat.

Calenzia is capable in combat, proficient with small arms and her biotics, although if at all possible she'll opt to avoid direct combat and would rather be behind a computer terminal hacking into enemy systems than expose herself to enemy fire.

She's an incorrigible gossip, a habit hardly curbed by her vocation and maintains a subscription to a large number of newspapers, tabloids and other publications. If something is going down, C. T'Veke wants to know about it.

I would also be in favor of a new thread but I'm also fine with anything.

If no one had suggested a title yet we might as well name it after out ship if no one has a better idea. Or Hotel Indigo; that was a captcha I just got.

And a quick question, have any of the minor races like the Volus or Vorcha become more important or done anything of note in the recent years after the invasion?

Or given the nature of it...

The Volus are now technological leaders in the newly vital field of life-support armor for hostile atmospheres, and the Vorcha were more or less annexed by the Council, and are usually kept to their own system. Some Vorcha mercenary squads have managed to become go-to cannon fodder on worlds still plagued by occasional husk pockets or indoctrinated resistance.

The Hanar and Elcor have buddied up into their own protectorate, which is rapidly gaining power.

The Yagh achieved their first extraplanetary colony during the war, without anybody noticing until they were starting on their second. The Council is considering military action to contain them.

By the way everybody, HAPPY HALLOWEEN! :D

New thread or not doesn't bother me. I'm not exactly running hot on potential names though. Closest thing I can think of to emphasise the atmosphere of this romp would be Mass Defect. Otherwise I got nothing.

I've decided on 'Never Been Calibrated' as a title.

I'll have the thread up sometime tomorrow.

Expect to die!

Name: Sana Vas "Sealow"

Gender: Female

Species: Quarian

Age: 28

Appearance: What her enviro suit looks like. Underneath her suit, she has black markings around her eyes that make her look like she was wearing egyptian make-up. she also has a set of black lines that follow her collar bones and wrap around her neck, like an unfinished necklace.

The quarian has a rather slender body that has curves which aren't exaggerated or eye drawing, but are subtly attractive. she stands about 5 ft 4 and weighs 140 lbs. She has a set of white eyes that compliment her light blue tinted skin-tone well. Also, her white hair atop her head is graced with natural streaks of black shooting through it and is usually kept in a long ponytail that she lets hang out the back of her environmental suit.

Years Of Service: N/A for military, but has served aboard a ship for the past three or four years.
Level of Education: Sana was taught everything she knew

Military Rank/Government Role:
Position: Cook and begrudged engineer

Biotic Potential:nada. she's about as biotically dead as a rock. (one that lacks e-zero ofcourse)

Psychological Stability: is subject to bouts of anger, but is rather stable otherwise.

Biography: Born in the fleet, she was one of last in the generation to commence their pilgrimage out of the fleet and into space. her parents wanted her to become an engineer, so they taught her everything they knew about the subject. However, she hated it. Her real aspiration was cooking, despite the fact she lived in a suit. hoping one day in her lifetime, she would be able to enjoy the food she so dreamed of making.

after a number of runs on different ships, she was called back only a few years after her journey began. the reaper war had started and she was assigned to be an engineer on a ship in the fleet. it was one of the liveships and she helped keep it running throughout the war. she learned how to use a shotgun, considering her aim sucked, this wasn't hard to do; point and shoot. She also progressed greatly in cooking once the ship she was transferred to joined up with the rest of the recovery fleets and provided help and food to any survivors it came across.

During one of the supply runs, a group of pirates attacked the ships. Their escort was drawn away and the ships were left vulnerable. Sana, the only one with any sort of flight training (you need it to get around the migrant fleet easily.) jumped in one of the reserve fighters, and coupled with the defenses, helped hold off the attackers until the escort could get back and finish them off. she's since been helping and trying to improve her flying skills incase she ever needed them.

Also, about a year after the war ended, Sana was chosen for the start of the project to bring the quarians back from the brink, as she had one of the better immune systems of her race. Her's being that she actually had somewhat of one that; while didn't protect her from jack squat, was actually there and rather well responding in reaction to testing with the geth.

Now, so many years later, she is one of the first quarians to not need an environmental suit on her at all times. Now, she only wears it when walking around, traveling, on missions and out in public, as not to seem like an egotist about this. however, she does tend to take it off when relaxing aboard whatever ship she's on or just flat out taking a day off.

Notes:

Sana carries around a geth plasma shotgun, an M-3 predator with a couple of damage mods on it and an omniblade.

Also, in her suit (and ina series of implants in her body if said suit is not being worn.) is the geth that was assigned to her to help bolster her immune system. His name is "Omega" after the greek letter.
sorry, forgot to post the sheet.

Anybody that thinks they know where Ike began his career and what kind of Captain he is may start speculating.

I want to see if any of you catch on to his backround.
