The smells of fresh linen and hot Ptex...
The taste of new summer corn on the cob (with a little butter, of course)
The feel of slipping into a cool river on a scorching hot day...

Waking up in the morning only to realize you still have a couple o' more hours of sleep till you actually need to really wake up.

Best feeling ever.

I like the first skatable ice of the season to play hockey on. Or honing my stick.

And when my hoodies come out of the dryer and are still warm. I LOVE the feeling. In fact, every time they get cleaned, no matter the temperature I just like to sit in it and surround myself with the warmth.

I also like to still build with my legos. I brought 500 up with me to college and on a slow/boring day, I like to build them in my room.

Sitting by the fire. there are some things that are hardwired into our humanity that we can truely be at peace with, truly enjoy. lying by the fire with my hunting hound (not really a hunting hound. its a labradour called zoe :p) humans naturally feel safe and secure by a controlled fire, the fire is where safety used to be, where home used to be back when we wore loincloths and survived mahoosive mammals trying to impale us and gnaw on our faces.

sitting by the fire, in a word; Awesome.

AriZona green tea with ginseng and honey. I think I drink it more than water.

When you're listening to a song you love, and you hear a small harmony or sound you hadn't ever noticed before...

How my dog is happy to see me even if I leave the house for 10 minutes.
How even on a day with 100mph winds, my friends and I will still play frisbee.
Subtle things in music that change it's feeling.
Cartoons, pretty much all the classics.
When you open up a Booster Pack/Deck of Magic Cards and get that "new card" smell.
When people have genuine in-character emotional responses to my DnD games.
Warm bread rolls straight from the Oven.
Anything with Charizard.
How the older I get, the less I seem to have to grow up.
Friends you can talk absolute nonense to.
Playing "Gusty Gardens" on piano.
Creating parody songs with my friend.
The hysterics of Co-Op Trauma Center.
Going to bed and finding my cat asleep on my Pillow.
Falling over in a hilarious manner.
Staying up late just so I can talk to a friend who's 8 hours behind.
Dipping biscuits into Nutella.
How everyone enjoys the parties I throw.
My big trusty overcoat.
Ross Noble and all he does/says.
Chicken, Bacon and Extra Cheese pizzas from Pizza Hut.
Sampling a new drink flavour.
Singing/Whistling as I walk home from a night out.
Laughing.

Being the first one into the office in the morning and turning on the fluoro's. Hearing the plink, plink, plink, hummmm, of them kicking into action brings a smile to my face.

Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens
Bright copper kettles and warm woolen mittens
Brown paper packages tied up with strings
These are a few of my favorite things

Incidently I am allergice to roses and cats
I don't own a kettle and I think wool is itchy
I prefer my packages to be decorated with bright, colorful paper sans string

There's nothing better than a stressful situation being dealt with by driving down the road, windows down, wind blowing through your hair, blasting Brentalfloss.

Truly a magical experience.

As has been previously stated, the sound of rain. Also, going and standing outside in the middle of a thunderstorm (I know it's completely moronic but your really feel alive standing out in it). Another simple thing that I love is that my grandma randomly calls me out of the blue just to talk sometimes. Call me weird, but...I love it.

The smell of autumn foliage.
Taking long, deep breaths.
Quiet, comfortable relaxation/meditation.
Hugs/cuddling.
Delicious food.
Petting a dog or cat.
The feeling of waking up to see cold weather outside and knowing you are staying home that day.
Looking out of a wide, open landscape, or up into a partly cloud sky and feeling their vastness; or similarly standing in a redwood forest or in the shadow of a mountain to sense their majesty towering over you.

OMG, clean sheets, clean blankets and me fresh from a very warm bath.
Reese's Dark and Hershey's Special Dark Pieces.
Clothes fresh from the dryer on a cold day.
Heritage Dr. Pepper with real sugar, nummy.
