TES 4 Oblivion would be fun to have few friends.
Well then, I believe you'll be happy to hear that I read somewhere that Bethesda is working on a Elder Scrolls MMO. Not sure where I read that, so it could be wrong... I myself hope it's wrong, because they also said they're currently not working on TESV, and I just don't need another F*cking MMORPG!

...
I also heard that.
But MMO looses it charm because they can't create a normal story and normal quests.
They will add quests like go kill 5 zombies or 10 skeletons.

DEAD RISING!!

Imagine 4+ player co-op in that game! Two people would be looting the electronics stores, one person would be hanging out in the grocery store and, the 4th would be fighting heroically in the movie theater with a bowling ball [one of the deadliest and most brutal of weapons]
I thought the same thing, but since they are doing something like that in the second one, then I guess there isn't any point :p

Torchlight. That desperately needs multiplayer.

Also, Fallout 3 could be fun. One as a sniper from the top of Tenpenny, the other trying to get close, running from cover to cover =P.

I'm not really a fan of multiplayer, but I have to agree with everyone who mentioned Oblivion and Fallout 3. Those games would be interesting if they had co-op.

Yeah, but who knows how Fallout-style gameplay will be taken to an MMO setting. Might be like Fallout3, yes, the chance exists, but odds are it'll be quite different. Single player mechanics don't translate very well to MMO settings.

Fallout 3 is the only one I can think off... not too big on multiplayer though.
Going the other way, they should have left multiplayer out of BioShock 2 and worked more on make sure the single player worked decently enough. It was good, but I wish I could have gotten through it with less than 30 crashes...

Fallout 3 would be okay but how would some of the skills work. Like sneaking i got 100 in that and the chinese stealth armor so does that mean the other person is oblivious to me?
No. Sneak doesn't cloak you, it just makes the AI less aware of you. The stealth armor would work how the Dragoons or whatever they were called in Anchorage worked. If you look close you can see it, but it is easily missed.

I can't believe people said Dragon Age and Oblivion.

I can't think of anything that would suck me out of the RPG immersion more than other people, and how the hell would you balance the gameplay between a level 1 and level 20 character?

OT: Dead Space could be fun as a competitive multiplayer, at least the mechanics. The campaign would be horrible with co-op.

Half Life/Half Life2
logically the greatest game ever could only get better with the addition of a buddy

I know this, but I wonder if it will be based in Fallout 3's timeline or Fallout 2's timeline. As far as setting goes, I mean.
huh?
its most likely going to be a self-contained story..like vegas...depending how evil Bethesda is and it most likely wont be set in before vegas

Not really a participant in multiplayer games, but if I had to say one, I'd say... DEVIL MAY CRY! Imagine a multiplayer aspect to that!

Portal! Portal fights FTW.

Oh, and Bioshock! Oh wait... no.
Is Bioshock 2 multiplayer any good?
I really was not a fan. They tried to go the MW2 route and kinda failed. Unbalanced, etc.

They could balance it the same way they do in any MMO... DONT.

Anyway i recon the usual fallout and oblivion would be great online also i think the BEST game for onlineage would be X3 Terran conflict... would be great with 10-20 ppl to contend with building an empire.
