After I played Undertale [10/10 game, you should play it btw], I decided to create a list with SKELETONS!!!! Not simple just to kill for fun/exp/kill time skeletons. Skeletons with personality and intelligent which make them memorable.
The List will be in Pinterest and we need SKELETONS from Videogames, Comics, Books, Movies, TV Shows, Cartoons, Anime, etc.

Lets start!!! NYE HEHE HEEEE!!!!

List:

Does Sir Daniel Fortesque from MediEvil count?

Another one I can recall is Skeleton Boy from a movie called The Dangerous Lives of Altar Boys (it's a comic character drawn by the titular altar boys).

Sounds fun! Let's do it.

First there's Jack Skellington. Big kahuna in Halloweentown.

Then there's Swarm, a Spider-Man villain. Nazi skeleton covered in bees. Creepy guy.

Momonga AKA Ainz Ooal Gown from Overlord.
Very friendly guy, saves villages and bullies thieves.

I found a image of Skeleton Boy, but it have an annoying image of HD in the corner. Can you find a clear image of him?

What is Big Kahuna? I can see only a movie of Quarantino.

I got the same picture. I'm afraid it's too obscure of a piece. I saw the movie like ten years ago on tv.

It's slang for "head honcho," or "bigshot." In other words, it means "Important person."

Nigel Honeybone, host of TVS' "Schlocky Horror".

Though, he'd sit in an armchair and talk about low budget movies all the time.

I hope you are all suitably ashamed of your selves for not mentioning the coolest skeleton around, Manuel "Manny" Calavera from Grim fandango.

Would the Man-Emperor of Mankind in his Text-to-Speech incarnation count?

Well thee is always Skeletor from the He Man series. Evil Skeleton bent on taking over the world and the only thing stopping him is a muscular dude that wears enough just to cover his junk.

Then you got Brook from One Piece. A gentleman who always wants to see the ladies panties. He is the greatest musician in the world, and also makes bone jokes all the time.

Do they need full bodies or just skulls? Cause Bob the Skull from the Dresden Files is great

There is, of course, always Death (and his various incarnations) from the Castlevania series.

I think Death from Marvel is sometimes depicted as a skeleton. Does Ghost Rider count? Or the other Spirits of Vengeance?

Glad that someone mentioned the Pumpkin King already, my favourite skeletal fellow.

All of the other Fiends too, natch, but this one is the chattiest of them.

Also this one, in both his incarnations:
