I skipped the first whole week of Econ, only because it was a repeat of my business tech class from the year before.

I have sent myself to the nurse's office and had my sister come pick me up.

I've faked being ill a few times, and on the rare occasions on which i will get to school late, i will usually try and skip a few lessons extra then i actually need to (like when i had to have a jab, i skipped an hour lesson when i should have only missed 10 minutes)
Im faking sick to stay home right now and my parents are super strict so i only skip when there is something i REALLY need/want to do which isn't often but not unheard of
Nothing short of the flu will keep me from my classes...and it'll have to be a particullarly bad case of the flu
I skipped one time. My pot smoking friend used to go to my school and we'd used to go out into the nearby woods and just walk and walk and walk for no real reason and like talk and shit, and then we'd be sure to make it back by like 3:20 (3:30 is dismissal) and just get our stuff and GTFO. It was during Gym Class, cause they would let us go outside.

I skipped a college english class once. I just felt brain-fried & walked around the downtown area, taking pictures of nature & window shopping. I also didn this at work once.
tomorrow me and my friend are probably going to both skip our ninth period classes to go hang out in the theater.

No, my school's wagging security is incredible. I've semi-faked being sick a few times, though.
I only went to about half my classes my senior year, I still have no idea how I didn't get in trouble for that and graduate with a 3.5 GPA.
I don't skip, as my High School calls home for every class missed. I have stayed home because I was "ill" before, but I have no unexcused absences. I've also never been late, which is odd, as I really don't care about school at this moment. I'm doing fine in it, and just screw around in class anyway.
Well, I fake sickness when I really need a day off of school. Other than that, I ditch early sometimes. But seeing how our teachers have to take attendance, two unexcused absences and you dont get credit. Plus they call your house, and I dont like confrontations with my mom.
I've never skipped, my High School's anti-wagging security is so over-the-top that I've been called up a few times for skipping when every single one of my friends could confirm that I was in the class and the teacher had marked me off on the register.
I'm actually clinically depressed, but only one of my teachers and none of my friends know that, so when I miss alot of school, they think I'm bullshitting.
what's funny is all of my grades are above 75% (except maybe computer hardware, but that class is so much bullshit it's not even funny)

I used to skip classes when I was dead tired or horribly bored so I could either sleep in my car or drive home then sleep.
I did skip a week of College last year though, the damn teacher was sooooooo terrible, she repeated the same lesson all week because a Russian grandfather couldn't use a computer...in Cert 3 IT, so she assumed everyone was struggling.
