Well, suppose I better be careful with my criticism, last time I voiced my opinion on the game one of the devs actually posted on whatever forum I was on to tell me that I was very wrong and that even Arcsys liked what they saw (but then, Japanese are by nature polite).
But now that I'm seeing more characters it seems that the character desire had a major crush on Millia Rage since half the cast fights with their hair or at least something growing out of or otherwise stuck to their head.
And it looks... alright, the artstyle isn't my cup of tea and due to its 2D graphics, all girl cast and 3 on 3 tag-team fighting its decided to take on Arc System Works (Guilty Gear & Blazblue), Examu (Arcana Heart) and Capcom (Marvel vs. Capcom) all at once.
Of course, I can't tell until I've actually played it but I think they might just have bitten off more than they can chew.
Edit: And I still am not a fan of the idea of making it easy to break out of infinite combos instead of tailoring the game to make it impossible to ~do~ infinite combos. Lazy game design right there.
Oh, and the fact that (if I recall correctly) they use Marvel vs. Capcom 2 as their point of reference, arguably one of the most broken fighting games ever made.

I have no idea what I just watched. I'm sure the one with the octopus hair will be very popular in doujins.
Well I main Millia Rage, so this seems like it'll be my cup o' tee. Sadly, I suck, so there will be no point to my purchase.

I might get this because I think it looks really neat. I don't play many fighters though and the only current gen one I have is SoulCalibur IV (Barring Smash Bros.).
Looks kind of cool. A 2d fighter with large, well animates sprites -- large enough that you can clearly see the nicely expressive faces? I'm pretty sure that at least graphically, it's something that fans of 2D gaming in general have been asking for for a very, very long time. As for the gameplay: I'm not enough of a fighting game guru to get a decent feel for that just from a video. It looked decent enough, but who knows?

Shes definetly more classy then the ladies in Street Fighter or Mortal Kombat, I would be VERY thankful. But in a stance as how she fights, she works, more or less, to stop bullets and too punish, while in work with Peacock, who seems to be very vicious and a juggler, it would be very easy to use both of them for maybe a infinite.Kopikatsu said:

The infinite detection thing is nice, and balancing the characters' life and damage according to how many there are in each team is pretty cool.
However, I'm kinda pissed that it's only coming out on consoles. Don't get me wrong, it looks awesome and if I could get my hands on a copy I'd play the hell out of it, but that doesn't seem likely.
On a somewhat related note, when the hell is Arc System Works gonna port BB:CS2 to PC!?
