Which of them are you going to buy? Are you going to play MW3 a lot more than Skyrim when it comes out?

Got bored of the COD formula after MW2. Never bothered with BLOPS.

So it's a 100% Skyrim. I really cant wait for it.

Skyrim all the way. I'm only going to rent MW3 and play through the single player and dabble in the multiplayer. If it's worth it, then maybe I'll by it used once it goes on sale.

Skyrim will most likely be a day 1 purchase for me though.

I thought it said ME3 until the first post said Modern Warfare 3.

Probably wait for Game of the Year Edition for Skyrim and wait until I give a crap for MW3. Which will probably take a while.

Skyrim! I am taking a break from the FPS genre for a bit. It's starting to get stale for me. Plus I need a nice long epic game to last me till Mass Effect 3 :)

I've yet to regret leaving CoD after 4. And I even if I cared a little about mw3, it would still be eclipsed by Skyrim. No contest.

Hmm... as a primarily single-player type of guy let me think on this.

Modern Warfare 3 with probably 3 hours of single-player campaign and whole legions of fans and game news sources using the, "It doesn't matter how long it is this good" excuse. (To which I would reply I'm still not paying sixty bucks for the best damn six ounces of steak on the planet)

OR

Skryim with untold oodles of game-play and whatnot with dragons...

I think I needs me a new pair of dragon-skin boots, baby!

I'm not even buying Modern Warfare 3.

Problem solved!
Quoted... For...

TRRRUUTTTHHHHH!!!!!!!

OT: Seriously, MW3 probably won't be that great.

I'm thinking the Single Player will be big and flashy, probably worth a rent. But the Multiplayer probably won't be balanced.

Bah, I'm not even gonna bother with MW3. I'll hire it at best.

Yup, I've got my sights firmly set on Skyrim and I've never been so positive that a game will deliver.
My girlfriend and I have already decided, we're both gonna pre-order the game, pick it up on the day it's released, then go home and play it separately for the week, meet up, and tell our own tales of wonder and adventure.
It's gonna be awesome.

M.. W... What? I'm going to buy Skyrim, retire to my computer room, and not come out for three months. Why on earth would I buy MW3?

Let's compare then, shall we? Like appropriate gentlemen!

Modern Warfare 3

- Short, yet possibly detailed campaign that will only run around five hours on the most challenging difficulty
- Most attention in development is focused towards online multilayer and social interaction
- Fees for premium features
- Same rehashed, overused concept that only remains leached due to its impulsive popularity(Deal with it)

The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim

- Trailers depict an impressive and aw-shocking new engine that will render the most beautiful and detailed environments to date, right next to the original Crysis, not to mention impressive and improved animations
- Inside viewers and developers have proclaimed the game to be expansive in terms of exploration, gameplay, and questing
- The introduction of non-scripted major fights
- IT'S FUCKING SKYRIM
