I think it looks pretty incredible, still gonna play dunmer tho

I can't count their scales. This is a VERY BIG improvement.

Maybe I'll play as an Argonian this time after all, even if they don't fit well into any classic warrior/mage/thief class.

Umm, have you played any recent games on PC in the last 3 years? Because I have, and I can tell you that shadows can be even better than those ones ingame. Also, the lack of texture filtering and general quality (look at the wood specifically) seems to suggest that this is, in fact, an ingame screenshot.


Oh, and sorry if you were being sarcastic, but it is rather hard to tell when you're reading a short amount of text.

Nice one, Argonians are my favorite race in the game, it's nice to see them actually look lizard like, as opposed to humans with funny shaped heads and a tail.

According to the other Skyrim races thread it's a screenshot taken by a journalist playing a demo. Only other race shown off by Bethesda officially is the Dunmer.
