Shudder in what way? In anticipation of playing Thor, or are you implying the popularization of Norse mythology has sort of butchered it?

I'm gonna play as a lumber jack. I've tried to play as a lumber jack in as many games as I can but it usually doesn't work so well. Oddly enough the one game it did work in was Fable.

Are they going to have a lot of flannel in Skyrim?

My first guy is going to be a stealth hand to hand (or claws if they have that weapon type, I can't really find out if they do or don't) Argonian that I can hopefully shape to look like a Raptor so I can say "clever girl" right before each kill, but Thor is a great idea and I will probably do that on my second character
