0-1 types. I'm lactose intolerant so the only cheese I might consume is accidental cheese. The kind that you get when you ask for a burger without cheese and they get it wrong.

I was going to say cheddar only, but then I'm about to have pizza which will probably have some different kind. This is a most perplexing question indeed.
