Skyrim Fan Interview

So, yeah, the developers of Skyrim had an interview with the fans, and there's some new info in there...like Companions, and having a spouse!

Yay Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Hopefully fill in the gap till Final Fantasy XIII-2, then when I beat it go back to Skyrim

Sounds good, but it saddens me that we wont see spears or Medium Armour in Skyrim though. Oh well, we can dual wield weapons instead, so I guess thats just fair

I notice it doesn't mention if GFWL will be required to get the game working. If it is required, that crap will kill any interest I have in the game.

Heh, yeah, that's what I was thinking too. Peter Molyneux tried mixing being the hero of the land and getting married to the local barmiad in Fable. And despite his protests, I don't think it worked. It was an unnecessary addition to the game, it didn't really add anything and lost it's charm really fast.

Other than that, things look pretty interesting for Skyrim. I didn't need any more convincing to buy it, but it just keeps looking better and better.
